Parent Party

"License to Deal"

Dear Carver Parents and Friends:

On behalf of all our Carver children, we ask for your consideration to support our Parent Party to be held on Saturday March 12, 2011. This fundraiser will help support our school’s art, music, technology, science, safety and community outreach programs – programs not funded by the State, but vital for a well-rounded education. Your generous support of our children’s education will be recognized in publications such as the San Marino Tribune, the school newsletter and website and the on-line auction website.

Auction Item Donation:
Vacation homes, airline miles, theme park tickets, gift certificates to your favorite shops and restaurants are all great auction items. The possibilities are endless. Click below for forms and to see a Wish List of items we would love to have. Thanks!

Program Advertising:
Individuals, families, businesses you know, and businesses you frequent can all support Carver by purchasing an ad in the program book. Full color and a new index of supporters will allow everyone who receives it to know of their support. Click below for forms and to see our new Ad Kit to help inform potential advertisers of the benefits of purchasing an ad.

DONATION & ADVERTISING FORMS are also available on the CARVER WEBSITE under PTA, Parent Party; hard copies can be found in the Parent Party box located in the school office.

Sponsorships:
For our most loyal and generous supporters, sponsorships are a great way to show your support for the school, while taking care of your dinner tickets, program ad, and opportunity drawing tickets too! We have both family and corporate sponsorships available, depending on your needs and desire to contribute or solicit. Click below for forms and info on sponsorship levels.

Hard copies of all forms and flyers can be found in the Parent Party box located in the school office.

Nick Boswell Portrait Package:
For $150, (or with select sponsorships) receive an in-studio portrait sitting, a 5x7 portrait and a ¼ page ad in the 2011 Parent Party Program Book. All proceeds stay at Carver and those that act quickly can use these beautiful portraits for their holiday cards.

Please return all sponsorship forms, donation or advertising forms to your child’s teacher or the Parent Party box in the school office as soon as possible. Thanks again!
