First Grade

 

Mrs. Candy Phelan

Rm 07

Mrs. Phelan graduated from Mary Star of the Sea High School. She then earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah and the University of Southern California. She also holds a Masters degree in Education.

Mrs. Phelan worked in Carver's Resource Specialist Program before becoming a first grade teacher at Carver.

Mrs. Phelan loves reading and needlepoint. When not teaching, she enjoys vacations with her family and catching up on sleep.

Mrs. Phelan's husband and daughter both graduated from San Marino High School...(but not in the same year.)
